Personal Privacy is extremely important to us—as it is to you. This document outlines our policy regarding the collection and use of data by our site and Destiny NewMedia in general. By “maintaining our business relationships,” we mean those activities necessary to apprise customers of service outages, payments due, changes in our Privacy Policy or Acceptable Usage Policy, and similar non-marketing activities.
Destiny NewMedia does not share customer or visitor data with any third party without the prior, express, verified permission of the individual(s) who would be affected. We undertake every reasonable effort to ensure that no contact with Destiny NewMedia will ever result in unwanted marketing or other communications being directed at the contactee.
